Kimi Wilder – Investor Engagement Manager

Kimi helps GFW Inc. investors get the most out of their membership–specifically, she oversees membership services and benefits including Maximize your Membership and money-saving Partner Perks. She also assists with the GFW Inc. Bridge Program, which celebrates and supports local businesses by providing equitable access to resources for underserved entrepreneurs.

Kimi earned a degree in organizational leadership from Purdue Fort Wayne, concentrating on training and development. She has worked in both for-profit and nonprofit positions, driven by knowing her work makes a difference in the community. She’s passionate about seeing businesses of all sizes grow through community connection, improved communication, and healthy leadership.

Kimi grew up in Georgia and became a Hoosier in 2016. In her free time, she enjoys Fort Wayne’s coffee scene, checking out new restaurants in town, woodworking, and traveling. She looks forward to raising a family in Fort Wayne.
